We periodically change the subject line of the email, so it will be required that you come to this website and send us an email by clicking the link and sending it wothout changing the subjectline, or writing anything in the bodyof it. Just click and send to qualify for each drawing. Do not send commercial email to us. When our picked number wins a jackpot, all email addresses registered and qualified will be contacted with instructions on how to collect their share. You must be of legal, age and status to participate. This offer is void where prohibited by law. In the event any circumstance at all prevents us from collecting, or distributing winnings, and all other events, you agree to hold us harmless. If a vistor is suspected of  unacceptable activity on our website, that visitor will be disqualified and banned. Do not send more than one email per drawing period, and make sure you leave the subject line the way it is set. We may send email to you, with offers from our sponsors, if you have inquired about something, and especially if you are a qualified winner. If you do not reply to our email and claim your share of the jackpot winnings for any reason, within 3 days of the end of the drawing, and receiving our email, you are automatically disqualified to collect winnings for that drawing. In the event you do not get our email regarding a jackpot win, we will not be held responsible, and you will not be qualified for any share of the jackpot winnings, you agree to hold us harmless in all occassions, for all reasons. If you us to remove your email address form our contact data base, send a remove request by sending to remove@FLotto.us from the same email address you used to play. All net proceeds from a jackpot win will be shared equally among qualified winners less 10%. Net proceeds are calculated as the exact net amount of jackpot winnings that we receive from the Florida Lottery less expenses, taxes, or other costs, and minus 10%.
